5 Movies that Shooted in Antalya

Antalya has hosted many films with beautiful nature and climate. Until all this time, we have scrutinized five films shot in Antalya that we do not get tired of watching even today.

Berlin Kaplani

The rafting scenes of the film, which depicts the disgraced ex-pat boxer Ayhan Kaplan’s adventures, were shot in Köprülü Canyon. Ata Demirer plays the leading role of the movie, which is mostly set in Antalya.


The shooting of “Daha”, which was released in 2017, directed by Onur Saylak, was made in Kumluca Mavikent. Starring Onur Saylak, Tuba Büyüküstün and Ahmet Mümtaz Taylan, the film was inspired by the novel of the same name by writer Hakan Günday. As in the book, the film depicts an excellent human tragedy over illegal immigrants.


Antalya was chosen as the place where Arif lived and worked for the first part of Cem Yılmaz’s most admired films’ G.O.R.A. Different sets were also used in Antalya in the following space scenes. The movie, which was released in 2004, still manages to make the audience laugh.


The film tells the story of the fisherman ‘Ali, who devoted his life to his son. “Hadi Be Oglum”, starring Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Büşra Develi, was filmed in Kaş in 2018.


Levent Semerci is sitting in the director’s chair of the movie Tahtalı Mountain in 2008-2009. ‘Nefes: Vatan Sağolsun’, in eastern Turkey, a captain in an area near the Iraqi border guards and taking 40 military issues in his command.
