The International Alanya Orienteering Festival, held in Turkey since 2015, hosts female and male athletes and walkers in 36 different categories from the age of 10 to 80+.
During the festival, the athletes competing in short, medium and long distances on different tracks every day will try to determine their direction with the help of maps and compass on tracks such as Leartes Ancient City, Alanya Castle, Kızılkule, Shipyard, Damlataş, Kızılalan, Sapadere Canyon in the uniquely beautiful nature of Alanya.
The International Alanya Orienteering Festival has become an important sports event, with the number of participants increasing every year since the first day it was held. It makes a great contribution to the tourism sector and the promotion of Alanya and helps orienteering. It blends entertainment, adventure and sports to be adopted by wider masses.
