The 8th Stage Season Closing Cycling Road Race of the Turkish Championship, hosted by the Turkish Cycling Federation in Alanya, was completed with the participation of nearly 500 cyclists.
In the Turkish Championship, cyclists competed in the categories of big men/women, junior men/women, star A U17 men/women, and star B U15 men/women for two days. Athletes pedaled in Yeşilöz on Saturday, October 29, and in front of the Teacher's House on Sunday, October 30.
Burak Abay came first, Oğuzhan Tiryaki second, and Doğukan Arıkan third in the senior men's classification. Reyhan Yakışır became the first in the big women, Ayşe Çakır Şeker became the second, and Mehlika Elmalı came third. In the young men's category, Ramazan Yılmaz came first, Mustafa Ayyorkun second, and Said Mustafa Erdemli third. Fatmanur Doğan was the first among young women, Semanur Kiriş was the second, and Meltem Tilkioğlu was the third. The trophies and medals were given to the top athletes by Turkish Cycling Federation President Emin Müftüoğlu, Alanya Youth Sports Manager Emre Kıldırgıcı and officials.
