Gelidonya Lighthouse is on the historical Lycian Way in Antalya's Kumluca district. It has been giving light to sailors for 86 years. The lighthouse is on the walking route of nature lovers with the natural beauty and scenery of its surroundings.
Taşlıkburnu Lighthouse is known as the 'Gelidonya Lighthouse', on the 535-kilometre historical Lycian Way starting from Fethiye and extending to Antalya. It is one of the places frequented by nature lovers. The lighthouse was put into service in 1936 to prevent maritime accidents, works with gas until 1990, and now with solar energy.
The lighthouse is the highest lighthouse on the Turkish coast, at the farthest point of Antalya; It is at an altitude of 237 meters, 3 kilometers inland from the sea. The lighthouse is a 2 kilometer walk from the path.
