Girls' Point (Kızlar Sivrisi)

With an altitude of 3086 meters, the highest peak of the majestic Bey Mountains, Kızlar Sivrisi is one of the favorite routes of climbers. The ideal climbing route to the mountain's summit, covered with cedar forests, is Çamçukuru Valley, located on Antalya - Elmalı Road, with lush nature.

As with many mountains in Beydağları, Kizlar Sivrisi has a legend. According to the rumor, the children of two kings who are hostile to each other fall in love, tell their father and want to get married. The kings vehemently opposed this request. The lovers who find the solution to escape make a contract. The princess goes to the Kızlar Sivrisi (Girls’ Point) and waits for the prince. On the other hand, the prince goes up another hill by confusing the road. When they see each other from the opposite hills, the prince sets out to go to the princess again. The story has two different endings. It is said that they either froze to death or reunited with each other. It is believed that the girls who endure the sharp and harsh air of the mountain and stay here for one night also see their destiny in their dreams.

The valley, covered with centuries-old trees, arouses admiration with dense vegetation and impressive views, where you can see fascinating shades of green. There are many camping areas and guesthouses for climbers and nature lovers to stay on the road, which is entered from the shore of the lake at the foot of the mountain.

Girls's Point (Kızlar Sivrisi) is seen as a transition and training place for mountaineers who want to climb higher by getting bored of easy trails. It also hosts climbing festivals of sports clubs at certain times of the year, with summit reached after a difficult journey.
