Kapuz Canyon

Kapuz Canyon is within the borders of the Aşağıkaraman Neighborhood of the Konyaaltı district. It is 10 km from Antalya city center. It fascinates people who see it with its natural beauty. The canyon, which the locals call 'Paradise Undiscovered', is not yet well known.

It is pretty easy to reach the canyon, but it is not possible to go to the canyon entrance by car. After driving up to the edge of the stream formed by the water flowing from the canyon, you can reach the canyon with an average of 5 minutes of pleasant walking. You have to bring all your necessities with you when you come to the canyon where there are no facilities.

There is a pond at the mouth of the canyon, which is approximately 3 km long. The amount of water in the canyon, which reaches waist level in some places and gradually gets deeper in some places, varies depending on the precipitation rate. The widening part of the canyon in the last 400 meters creates suitable areas for swimming, nature walks and canoeing.

Kapuz Canyon's cool and clear turquoise water flows between two large slopes. Its lush nature, surrounded by fruit trees, impresses those who see it. You can watch the unique visuality from the pier built on the edge of the canyon, where the people of Antalya have picnics swim with water boats on weekends. It offers a different alternative for those who want to get away from the noise and brisk life of the city for a while. The canyon becomes the address of peace with the extraordinary views.
