Kaputaş Beach

Kaputaş Beach impresses those who see it at first glance and is among the few beaches of Antalya and Turkey with its beauty. It is 20 km from Kaş and 7 km from Kalkan. A natural wonder beach is on the coastal road between Kaş and Kalkan. Because there are many caves around, the beach is also known as Canyon Mouth Beach.

Entrance to the beach in an impressive bay surrounded by cliffs is free. When you see the unique beauty of the beach, which is reached by stairs consisting of 187 steps starting from the side of the road, you understand why this difficult descent was worth it.

The sea of Kaputaş Beach is quite cold because the spring water coming from the mountains is mixed. There are both golden yellow sands and nearly white pebbles on its two-sided sheltered beaches. What gives blue flag beach its actual reputation is its crystal clear, light green to dark blue turquoise waters. In the stifling heat of the Mediterranean, it is recommended to swim as carefully as possible since the sea, which gives relief with its coolness, immediately deepens, and there are currents in the open.

Kaputaş Beach, which you should include in your route during your trip to Kaş, is among the most popular anchorage places for blue cruise boats with its visual feast.

Before you go down to the beach, where those who visit Kaş add the most beautiful pictures to their albums, don't forget to watch the magnificent view from above and take lots of photos!
